 Payment & Cancellation Policy:

We do not require payment prior to use of the rooms.  We understand that plans change often in the business world and want to keep things as flexible as possible.  However, we will enforce payment if the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours from the booking date/time.  

  1. Payment for hourly bookings can be made with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express Card or cash.

  2. All bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to your booking date and time. There will be no charge or penalty for doing this. You can cancel your booking on our members portal.

  3. All booking cancellations under 48 hrs. of the booking date and time will be charged the full amount. You will not be able to cancel the booking online and will need to call or email to cancel and we will manually process the cancellation & payment. An invoice will be emailed to you and you can pay it online in our members portal.

Inclement weather policy

We live in New England, and changing weather is a big part of our lives. But it can also be disruptive. If you have a meeting scheduled and you cannot make it due to bad weather, please inform us that you want to cancel the meeting at least 4 hours prior to your booking time. If you do this, we will not charge for the booking. If we don’t hear from you (meaning we stay open waiting for you), we will charge you in full for the booking.

Evening Booking - Don’t be late policy

If you have booked a room for after 5:30 pm, you must show up within the first 45 minutes of your booking or we will assume you are not coming. Therefore, if you are going to be late, please call the office (508) 556-0031 prior to 5:30 and let us know when you will be arriving. Otherwise the door will be locked when you arrive and you will be charged in full for the booking.

Our open space area is used for coworking in the day time but can be transformed into an event room after hours and on weekends. It’s a great space for large meetings, community gatherings, seminars and more. Because it is located on the main floor, it is ADA compliant, located right next to the main entrance so you can register your guests as they walk into the building, and access to two main bathrooms.

Pricing:

The pricing for the room is $30/hour for weekdays and $40/hour on weekends.

Specifics:

  • Events require approval from Clearly Coworking before they can be booked.

  • Events are for business purposes only.

  • Maximum capacity is 50 people (40 if you require chairs for everyone).

  • All events during the weekday must begin after 6:00 pm. That means setup will begin at 6:00 pm. Therefore, your event will be available to your guest at 6:30 or later dependent on how much setup you require.

  • Clearly Coworking will assist in setting up the room

  • Clearly Coworking will clean the room post event.

  • A projector can be supplied with advanced notice at no additional charge subject to availability.

  • Weekend bookings are available by appointment only. There is a 4-hour minimum booking and our price is $40/hour.

  • We do not provide catering, but have no issues with you bringing food in.
