+ What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change often in the business world and want to keep things as flexible as possible. However, we will enforce payment if the booking is canceled less than 48 hours from the booking date/time.

All bookings can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to your booking date and time. There will be no charge or penalty for doing this. You can cancel your booking on our members’ portal or by calling us at (508-556-0031)

All booking cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the booking date and time will be charged the full amount. You will not be able to cancel the booking online and will need to call or email us to cancel, and we will manually process the cancellation and payment.

+ Can I get into the room before my booking?

When booking a room, consider booking 30 minutes prior to the actual start time of your meeting - especially if you need time to prepare the room with your materials and special touch. If you have a phone call at 10:00 AM, don’t book the room starting at 10:00, but rather at 9:30, which will give you time to arrive and get ready for the 10:00 call.

The thing to keep in mind is the room may be booked prior to your meeting and you may not have access to the room until your start time.

We guarantee access to your room at the start time of your booking but not before. We can’t stress this enough – to avoid frustration and a mad rush to get set up, please add 30 minutes to your booking.

+ How does payment work?

We do not require payment prior to the use of the rooms. We will collect payment the day of the event. Payment for bookings can be made with a VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express Card, cash or Apple Pay. A business check is acceptable as well. If your business requires an invoice prior to the meeting, just let us know and we will provide you with one. Unless other arrangements have been made, we expect payment on the day of the booking.

+ What if I use the room for less than what I booked (or longer)?

You will be charged for the greater amount of what you booked or what you used. Therefore, if you book Clark ($20/hr.) for 2 hours and only use it for 1 hour, you will be billed for $40 (2 hours). However, if you go over by 30 minutes, you will be billed for 2.5 hours ($50). We will let you know at the start of your meeting if there is someone booked immediately after your booking, so you’ll know in advance if there is an option to go over your booked time.

+ What is your inclement weather policy?

We live in New England, and changing weather is a big part of our lives. But it can also be disruptive. If you have a meeting scheduled and you cannot make it due to bad weather, please inform us that you want to cancel the meeting at least 4 hours prior to your booking time. If you do this, we will not charge for the booking. If we don’t hear from you (meaning we stay open waiting for you), we will charge you in full for the booking.

+ Is coffee free for all bookings?

Our policy is that we provide free coffee for parties of 8 people or less. For any group over 8, we require that you bring in your own coffee.

+ Do you allow food or beverages in the rooms?

Absolutely! We don’t want people passing out from starvation or dehydration! You are welcome to bring in your own food or beverages, or we have several local restaurants that will deliver right to your room. Local List

+ How do I get access to the building if I have booked an after-hour meeting?

If this is your first or second time at our space, we will have someone on-site to meet you and get you set up. After that, we will work with you to find the best option you are comfortable with. We can provide you with a fob key to let yourself in, or we have a mobile pass option where you can use your phone to unlock the door. Our doors normally close at 5:30 pm on weeknights.

+ What happens if one of my guests is late to an after-hour booking?

Because the doors will be locked, there are a few options on how to address this. You can tell your guests who will be late to text you when they arrive and you can send someone out to open the door for them. We have also had customers put a note on the door with instructions for their guests on what to do in that case. If it’s possible, have someone stay at the door and wait for your guests to arrive. This is especially helpful if you are using one of the rooms downstairs and have no visibility to the doors from the room where your meeting is being held.

+ What happens if I’m late to an after-hours meeting?

If you have booked a room for after 5:30 pm, and prior arrangements were not made to let yourself in, you must show up within the first 30 minutes of your booking or we will assume you are not coming. Therefore, if you are going to be late, please call the office (508) 556-0031 prior to 5:30 and let us know when you will be arriving. Otherwise, the door will be locked when you arrive and you will be charged in full for the booking. If you call after 5:30, press #6 during the “we are closed” message to get the front desk.

+ Can I book a weekend meeting?

Yes – but by appointment only. Weekend bookings must be booked 2 weeks prior to the booking, and payment is collected at the time of the booking. In addition, there is a 4-hour minimum for weekend bookings. Rates for the rooms are $40 per hour. Please call the office (508-556-0031) to book a weekend event.

+ What is the largest room you have?

Our largest meeting room is the Think Tank (20 ft x 18 ft). It can hold up to 30 people in theater style (seats only) or 20 people with tables. We also open up our open seating area after hours and on weekends, and that area can accommodate up to 40 people in theater style.

+ How do I become a member?

Here at Clearly Coworking, Membership means you have an account on record with us. It doesn't cost anything to become a member but it is required to signup for any of our services.

  • Log on to our members portal
  • Click on My Account.
  • Click on New User? Click here to sign up.
  • Fill in all the required information.
  • Click on the Signup button to complete.
  • You're now an official member!

+ Do I need to be a member to book a room?

That's a trick question... No, you do not, but once you book a room you automatically become a member :) (at no cost)

How to make a booking

Calendar View Booking – shows current bookings:

  1. Go to http://members.clearlycoworking.com/

  2. If you are an existing customer, sign in first before making a booking

  3. Click on BOOKINGS in the upper right corner

  4. Select Bookings Calendar

  5. The Calendar view defaults to this week. You can use the arrows on the right to move between weeks or you can click on MONTH to view the entire month.

  6. While in WEEK view, highlight the time period of your booking on the day of your booking. For example, if your meeting is from 8:00 – 10:00, highlight 8 to 10.

  7. If you have an account but are not logged in, answer YES to the account question. The system is bugged in that once you log in, it will revert back to this week. So, if you had selected a different week prior to logging in, you will have to pick it again.

  8. If you don’t have an account, answer NO and fill out the user account form (There is no fee to register – this just allows us to reserve the room in your name).

  9. Select your room

  10. Pick the start and end date/time

    1. Just click in each field to change the information.

  11. Add a Note:

    1. If you are booking Amidon, Think Tank or the open seating area, please tell us how you want the room set up.

    2. If you have any special needs, such as whether or not you need a projector, please add them to the notes section – we will review these when we get the booking notification.

  12. Add Visitors: If you want your guests to get an email notification, click on the plus symbol next to visitors and add all of your guests

  13. Add a Discount Code: if you have a discount code, click on the plus symbol and add your code.

  14. Based on your selections, the system will display the price for the booking

  15. if everything looks OK, click on the Save the Booking button.

  1. Go to http://members.clearlycoworking.com/

  2. If you are an existing customer, sign in first before making a booking

  3. Click on BOOKINGS in the upper right corner

  4. Select Find a Room

  5. The Calendar view defaults to today

  6. Select the Date, Start Time, End Date and End Time and hit the Find available rooms button to refresh the screen with your selections.

  7. Once the screen refreshes, you can scroll down and see which rooms are available at that date and time. Those available will display so in green.

  8. Those not available will show in red.

  9. You can click on WHY for a reason the room is unavailable.

  10. To book the room, click on Make a booking under the room of your choice.

  11. If you have an account but not logged in, answer Yes to the account question. The system is bugged in that once you log in, it will revert back to this week. So, if you had selected a different day prior to logging in, you will have to pick it again.

  12. If you don’t have an account, answer NO and fill out the user account form (There is no fee to register – this just allows us to reserve the room in your name).

  13. Verify all the details are correct.

  14. Add a Note: If you are booking Amidon, Think Tank or the open seating area, please tell us how you want the room setup. If you have any special needs, please add them to the notes section – we will review these when we get the booking notification.
