Steady monthly income that you can count on, is the key to financial freedom. Income Producing Properties come in two categories; residential and commercial. Commercial properties are stores and offices. They may also be a mix of stores and apartments. Either way, a good location and a long term tenant can mean a steady monthly income. Donation is $5 at the door. Reservation is required.

We’ve gathered a panel involved in the commercial properties field of Real Estate Investing. See our panel below. This is a unique opportunity to hear about the area of commercial properties first hand from the people who live and work in the field. Bring your questions. Bring your notepad and pen. This event is unprecedented. Our RSVP's have been outstanding that I recently increased the available rsvp's to 45. You don't want to miss this event. Sign up while there's still room.
Best regard, Ann & Renee
Our panel consists of:
Beth Proko – Commercial Property Owner
Beth and her husband, Ed own 3 rental buildings in Worcester. Two are mixed use; 1 is completely commercial. She currently has 14 tenants but has had as many as 21 at a given time in these 3 properties. The first building Beth and her husband purchased was in the year 2000. With a small business (Mill Street Motors) and no retirement, their initial goal was to set up income for later in life. Since becoming a landlord, Beth has gained experience in property management but also been an advocate for a more equitable commercial tax rate and making it easier to open a business in the City of Worcester. Beth has recently survived the unexpected closing and subsequent bankruptcy filing of a Papa Gino’s restaurant in one of her buildings.
Robert DelMastro – Owner of Clearly Coworking – commercial tenant
Rob is owner and founder of Clearly Coworking, shared office and meeting space, since 2014. Recently voted “Best of Business – Best Coworking” from Worcester Business Journal.
Robert Kelley - Vice President/Business Loan Officer at Webster Five Cents Savings Bank
Bob is Vice President in Business Banking at Webster Five Cents Savings Bank for almost 4.5 years. Previously he held similar positions at United Bank, Commonwealth National Bank, First Massachusetts Bank Flagship Bank and Mechanic Bank, over 45 years of banking in Worcester. Prior to this, he was a National Bank examiner for 3.5 years, after serving 2 years of active duty in the US Army.
