How do I become a member?

  1. Log on to our members portal at
  2. Click on My Account
  3. Click on New User? Click here to sign up.
  4. Fill in all the required information 
  5. Click on the Signup button to complete
  6. You're now an official member!


Do I need to be a member to book a room?

  1. That's a trick question... No you do not, but once you book a room you automatically become a member :)


How do I book an office or conference room?

  1. First go to our members portal at
  2. If you are already a member, sign in.  If not, you will become a member once you create a booking (its free).
  3. Click on Clearly Coworking / Bookings
  4. You are brought to our booking system with today as the default day.  
  5. Choose the room you want to book:
    1. If you know what room you want to book, you can select the Resources drop down and select the room.
    2. Otherwise, across the top you will see Meeting Rooms, Offices, Training Room, Team Rooms.  By default, Meeting Rooms are highlighted and selected. 
      1. Once you have selected a room type, you will see across the top of the calendar the names of all the rooms that correspond to the room type you have selected.
  6. Select the right Day:  If you need to change the date, use the Month/Week/Day options or use the arrows on the right.
  7. Select the Start time:  Single click on the start time and a booking window will pop up.
  8. It will ask you to sign in if you are a member or click no to enter your account details.
  9. Once you have signed in or entered your information, you will be asked to select the start and end times of your meeting.  Verify the right resource is selected.  The cost of your booking will show as well.
  10. Click Save booking to continue.
  11. You will have an option to pay for the booking with a credit card.  Follow the prompts and secure the room with payment.
  12. If you do not pay at this time, the system will hold the booking for only 15 minutes.  If you have not paid in 15 minutes, it will release your booking for others to take.
  13. If you were already a member and had booking credits, it will use your credits to pay for the booking.  If the cost is greater than your booking credits, it will create an invoice for the balance.


How do I pay or see my Invoices?

  1. First go to our members portal at and login.
  2. Select your Name in the menu and then Payments
  3. Here you will see all of your invoices and can pay them with a credit card.


How do I see what booking credits I have?

  1. First go to our members portal at and login.
  2. Select your Name in the menu and then Allowances.
